1. When this Court suggested that since the allegation pertains to the misuse of MPLAD funds at Amalapuram, Andhra Pradesh, the High Court of Andhra Pradesh, would be better suited to entertain the writ petition, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner without advancing any arguments seeks permission to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to approach the jurisdictional High Court.

2. Permission and liberty, as prayed for, is granted.

3. The petition is disposed of as withdrawn along with pending application(s), if any.

4. It is made clear that this Court has not made any observation on the merits of the case.
