The appellant/writ petitioner would state that he has purchased a punja land in Survey No.4814, Re.Survey No.357/8, Kuzhinjanvillai Veedu, Methukummel, Kanyakumari District, through a registered sale deed bearing Document No.4410/1980 registered on the file of the Sub-Registrar Office, Parasalai, Thiruvananthapuram District and claims to be in possession and enjoyment of the said land right from the date of purchase and mutation was also taken place and he was also issued with Patta bearing No.1900.
