        Original Petition (C) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the O.P (C) the High Court be
   pleased to stay all further proceedings in O.S. No.11 of 2021 on the files
   of the Court of Munsiff, Nadapuram, (Kallachi) and also I.A No.10/2021
   (Ext.P6 application), pending disposal of the Original Petition (Civil).


        This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this court's order dated
   10-07-2023 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.M.SATHYANATHA MENON &
   KAVERY S.THAMPI, Advocates for the petitioners and of M/S B.KRISHNAN &
   R.PARTHASARATHY, Advocates for the respondent, the court passed the
