2 WP-2910-2025 awarded in favour of the petitioner."

It is the case of the petitioner that with respect to enhanced pension scheme, a representation Annexure P/3 has been filed which is pending consideration and has not been decided till date. An innocuous prayer is made to direct the respondent Nos.2 & 3 to consider and decide the pending representation within the stipulated time frame.

Learned Government Advocate has no objection to the innocuous prayer made by the petitioner.

In such circumstances, this petition is disposed off by directing the petitioner to file a certified copy of this order before the respondent Nos. 2 & 3, who in turn are directed to consider and decide the pending representation of the petitioner with respect to enhanced pension scheme within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and communicate the outcome to the petitioner.

Needless to mention that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.

Certified copy as per rules.
