JUSTICE SUDESH BANSAL Order 04/02/2023 Learned counsel for petitioners submits that petitioners participated in the recruitment for the post of Basic Computer Instructor pursuant to advertisement dated 01.02.2022 and falls in merit, however their candidature has been declined on account of fact that their result of final year of B. Tech./B.E./M.Sc. declared after the examination of Basic Computer Instructor on 18.06.2022.
Learned counsel for petitioners submits that several vacancies for the Basic Computer Instructor are remained unfilled and result of petitioners was declared belated, which is not fault on the part of petitioners.

Issue notice to respondents of the writ petition as also of stay application.
