10. He submitted that this is not the entire CCTV footage and stated that he would have the footage of the earlier portion and the later portion. He seeks permission to place on record the CCTV footage of the search to the extent available in the hard-disc of the CCTV installed in the abovesaid premises which will be encrypted with a hash value. One copy of the hard disc be filed in the court in a sealed cover and another copy of the ssame be supplied to the counsel for the respondent. Counsel for the Petitioner will tender the CCTV footage along with an affidavit under Section 65 B of Indian Evidence Act. This be done not later than two weeks from today. It is understood that the original hard disc be preserved containing the original CCTV footage in case, it is required for verification by the Respondent.
