(i) Mr.Justice M.S.Sanklecha, Former Judge of this Court, is appointed as a nominee arbitrator on behalf of the petitioner.
(ii) The respondent is directed to appoint its independent nominee arbitrator within two weeks from today.
(iii) The nominee arbitrators of both the parties shall appoint a Presiding Arbitrator before entering a reference, in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration Act.
(iv) The learned prospective arbitrators, before entering a reference, shall make a statement of disclosure as per the requirement of Section 11(8) read with Section 12(1) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act,1996, and forward the same to the Prothonotary and Senior Master of this Court to be placed on record of the applications, with a copy to be pvr 66/66 carap1106-1107-18.doc forwarded to both the parties.
