                                 This petition coming on for admission this day, th e court passed the
                           following:
                                                               ORDER

By this petition the petitioner has raised a grievance to the effect that the application submitted by him on 13.07.2023 (Annexure P/2) to the respondent Signature Not Verified Signed by: NEERAJ SARVATE Signing time: 29-05-2024 18:53:37 2 No.2, the Chief Executive Officer, Madhya Pradesh Wakf Board, Bhopal under Section 54 of the Wakf Act, 1995 is not being proceeded with and decided. Prayer has been made for a direction for expeditious proceedings on his application.

In the available facts of the case, it is directed that the respondent No.2 shall act upon the application dated 13.07.2023 (Annexure P/2) of the petitioner made under Section 54 of the Wakf Act and shall decide the same in accordance with law by giving due opportunity of hearing to the interested parties within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

With the aforesaid direction, without expressing any opinion on merits, petition stands disposed off.
