This MA has been filed seeking exemption from filing typed/translated copies of dim annexures. For the reasons stated therein, the MA is allowed.

It is submitted by the applicant that a panel for promotion of Private Secretary to the post of Principal Private Secretary were notified vide CSIR O.M. dated 29.12.2020, including the name of the applicant. It is stated that promotees were allowed posting at their present places of postings, purely on provisional basis for the time being. Thereafter, on recommendation of TPC, CSIR, the respondents passed order of postings of the promoted PPSs vide OM dated 30.12.2021, whereby the applicant was transferred from CSIR, Delhi to CSIO, Chandigarh. Since vacancies for the post of PPS are available at Delhi, the applicant preferred representations dated 31.12.2021 and 04.03.2022 requesting for cancellation of his posting to CSIO, Chandigarh and for retention at Delhi on compassionate grounds, but to no avail. Thereafter, vide order dated 09.06.202, he was relieved with effect from 10.06.2022 to join his duties at CSIO, Chandigarh. Against which, he made representations dated 10.06.2022 and 15.06.2022. However, the same have not yet been responded to by the respondents. Hence, he filed this O.A. seeking to quash and set aside the transfer order dated 30.12.2021 as well as relieving order dated 09.06.2022 and to release his salary.
