4. At request of the Court, an Expert, Mr. Rajesh Kumar, Deputy Director (Exams), National Testing Agency has appeared through video conferencing.
5. Mr. Rajesh Kumar, Deputy Director, on advice of NTA's technical consultant, has submitted that as far as the UGC-Net examination is concerned, the same is conducted not on a window-based operating system but an operating system which is based on the software 'LINUX' which has been customised specifically for this examination. He has further submitted that the NVDA/JAWS software which are the two screen reader software which are available for use, are not compatible with the Respondent No.1's system for examination and cannot be integrated within the short period of time with the examination system in place.
