3. After the notice was issued to the respondent-husband, with the consent of the parties, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre attached to this Court. The Mediation report dated 23rd October, 2024 has been received from the Supreme Court Mediation Centre. As per the mediation report, mediation between the parties has not resulted to any settlement.
