(ii) Oracle Corporation licensed the software and the system is implemented by customizing the screen shots based on the needs of the business and the clients. It is essentially a software system, which is licensed to the user, and any sub-licensing/assignment/time-sharing 3rd party training is prohibited, efforts of reverse engineering, disassembly or decompilation are restricted and Oracle retains all title, copyright and other proprietary right in the program. The Appellant does not get any right except the right to use the program.
