Shri Amit Seth, learned State Counsel on instructions states that the Guest Faculty Teachers, who have not approached this Court and have not joined so far, can join the College in which they were the members of the Guest Faculty in the last academic Session 2016-17.
If any candidate does not join on or before 4.0'clock on 14.10.2017, he/she will not have any claim on the post of Guest Faculty. If any post remains vacant after submission of joining of the remaining Guest Faculty Teachers, the same can be filled-up out of the candidates in the merit list prepared by the State in pursuance of subsequent selection process.
