        OP (Civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in
   the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to pass
   an order staying all further proceedings in O.S No. 1/2019 on the file of
   the court of the Subordinate Judge of Vatakara, pending disposal of this
   original petition (civil).


        This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this court's order dated

Interim order is extended by one month on condition that the petitioner takes steps to serve notice on the un-served respondents within 10 days.
