6. The petitioner's counsel prays for bail by imposing any stringent conditions and contends that further pre-trial incarceration would cause an irreversible injustice to the petitioner and their family.

7. The State opposes the bail and has referred to para 7 of the reply, which reads as follows:

"7. That it is submitted that during the investigation, the complainant had produced a mobile phone along with SIM card of JIO company and in the 2 of 3 Neutral Citation No:=2024:PHHC:112768 CRM-M-23197-2024 said phone audio clip was found, on hearing the voice of said clip, it is emerged that the deceased has leveled specific allegations against the petitioner and co-accused. In this regard a report from Incharge, Digital Forensic Lab, Ferozpepur has been received and same is annexed with the final report."
