Prayer in TR.CMP.No.151 of 2023: This revision petition has been filed by the husband to withdraw HMOP No.236 of 2022 from the file of learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Ponneri and transfer the same to the IV Additional Family Court at Chennai to be jointly tried with HMOP.No.4914 of 2022.

2. The petitioner in Tr.CMP.No.151 of 2023 is the husband who filed HMOP.No.4914 of 2022 for divorce before the Family Court, Chennai. The respondent/wife also filed HMOP.No.236 of 2022 for dissolution of marriage before the Principal Sub Court, Ponneri.
3. Now, the learned counsel for the revision petitioner/husband would submit that the respondent/wife is currently working in a private company at Mount Road, Chennai and therefore the matters may be transferred to Family Court, Chennai.
4. The learned counsel for the wife/respondent would submit that the wife/respondent is residing at Ponneri and she has filed HMOP.No.236 of 2022 even before the petition was filed by the husband. The reason assigned by the petitioner is not acceptable one because both of them filed petitions https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis TR.CMP.Nos.151 and 68 of for divorce and the petition filed by the wife is pending before the Sub Court, Ponneri.

7. Accordingly, Tr.CMP.No.151 of 2023 filed by the husband is dismissed and Tr.C.M.P.No.68 of 2023 filed by the wife is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
8. Since both the parties filed a petition for divorce, the Mediation Centre attached to Ponneri Sub Court is directed to give a mediation for both the parties not less than five sittings.
