CHAIRMAN: All right. श्री वशिष्ट नारायण सिंह : सभापति महोदय, मैं प्रवासी मजदूरों की समस्याओं के ऊपर इसलिए बात करना चाहता हूं कि दिल्ली में एक न्यूज आई है कि बड़ी संख्या में बिहारी लोग रह रहे हैं और उस संख्या के चलते यहां गंदगी बढ़ रही है। मैं यह कहना चाहता हूं कि दिल्ली, बिहार और भारत के अन्य प्रदेशों के गरीबों से घिरता जा रहा है। दिल्ली को इतना बेखबर नहीं रहना चाहिए कि वह कयों घिरती जा रही है, यदि उन राज्यों में रोजगार के अवसर रहते तो दिल्ली में आने वाले लोगों की संख्या इस अनुपात में नहीं बढ़ती, इसलिए इस सवाल पर कल्याणकारी कदम उठाने के लिए, उनको कानूनी संरक्षण देने के लिए और उनको नये ढंग से राहत पहुंचाने के लिए एक ऐसी व्यवस्था होनी चाहिए, जिससे उन लोगों को लगे कि हमारे प्रोटैकशन में भी भारत का लॉ खड़ा है, हम निराश्रित नहीं हैं, हमारी रक्षा होगी। बस इतनी ही बात कहकर इस बजट के समर्थन में अपनी बात रखकर मैं अपनी बात समाप्त करता हूं। धन्यवाद।
