ORDER
1. These appeals have been filed, seeking quashing of directions dated 01.05.2025 passed by the sole Respondent - GPCB, directing the appellants to deposit certain amount of Environmental Damage compensation within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order, with delay, for condonation of which I.A.s have been moved.
2. Learned counsel for the applicants/appellants submits that in the present group of appeals, the same issue is involved, which is there in Appeal No.181 of 2025 (WZ), which was heard by this Tribunal on 12.08.2025 for admission and had passed a detailed order, directing the Registry to issue notice to the respondents on both - delay condonation application as well as in the main appeal and that the said matter was Page 2 of 3 directed to be placed on 25.09.2025. Learned counsel submits that the same order may be passed in the present appeals also, by clubbing all present appeals with the connected appeals.
3. Accordingly, we direct the Registry to issue notice on the present delay condonation applications (I.As.) as well as in the main appeals, returnable within 04(four) weeks and place all these matters for hearing on delay condonation applications, along-with connected matters on 06.11.2025.
