Said order has been passed exercising power and jurisdiction under Section 83 of the Karnataka Land Reforms Act, 1961 (for short 'the Act') holding that sale transaction dated 28.12.1981 under which father of petitioners purchased the property was hit by the provisions of Section 79B of the Act.
