By means of present writ petition, the petitioner prays for the following reliefs, among others:
"(a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 05.03.2016 passed by respondent on the representation of the petitioner (contained as Annexure no. 4 to this writ petition).
(b) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/directing the respondent to permit the petitioner to organize cricket tournament in Nehru Stadium Roorkee, Haridwar from 07.04.2016 to 16.04.2016."
