2. Sri Ganta Prasad, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioners on
instructions, seeks to withdraw the present Writ Petitions with liberty to
approach the Appellate Tribunal, which is already functioning under the Real
Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016.
3. Having considered the same, this Court deems it appropriate to grant
liberty to the Writ Petitioners to withdraw these Writ Petitions with liberty to
approach the Appellate Tribunal within a period of four weeks from the date
that this Order is uploaded on the web-site of this Court.
4. Accordingly, the Writ Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with
liberty to the Writ Petitioners to approach the Appellate Tribunal within a
period of four weeks from the date that this Order is uploaded on the web-site
of this Court.

5. It is clarified that, if the Writ Petitioners approach the Appellate
Tribunal within four weeks, which is the time granted by this Court, the period
of limitation from the date of filing of the present Writ Petitions upto the date of
disposal of the present Writ Petitions, shall not be reckoned for the limitation
purpose.
6. Interlocutory Applications, if any, stand closed in terms of this Order.
