As regards stay I am of the view that all further proceedings in Ejectment Execution Case No. 71 of 2008 pending before the learned Judge, 5th Bench, Small Causes Court at Calcutta be stayed till the end of November 2011 or until further order whichever earlier. Interim stay is granted accordingly.
The learned advocate for the petitioner is permitted to take the gist of the order and to communicate to the learned Executing Court.
