This contempt case is filed alleging that the respondents did not implement the orders dated 20.11.2018 passed by this Tribunal in OA No.2019/2014. This OA was in relation to the selection of the applicant by the UPSC. The relief was granted by following the judgment of this Tribunal in OA No.2179 (Mukesh Kumar Suman Vs. Union Public Service Commission & Ors).
2. The respondents filed counter affidavit stating various facts. It is stated that in the WP(C) 3 CP No.402/2019 in OA No.2019/2014 No.13150/2018 filed by them against the orders in OA No.2179/2014, the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi passed an interim order on 05.02.2019. It is also stated that the Writ Petition No.5775/2019 is filed against the orders in this OA.
3. In view of these developments, we close the CP, leaving it open to the applicant, to seek revival thereof, depending upon the outcome of the WP(C) No.5775/2019.
There shall be no orders as to costs.
