% 09.03.2022 CM. APPL.11823/2022(Exemption) Exemption allowed, subject to all just exceptions. Application stands disposed of.

W.P.(C) 3969/2022 & CM APPL. 11822/2022 The Court takes note of the submission of Mr. Tripathi, learned Senior Counsel who contends that the impugned order is clearly without jurisdiction since no power vests in the respondent to restrict the right of the petitioner from participating in an ongoing bidding process and that too by way of a "pro tem" measure and even before wrongdoing is conclusively established. Mr. Tripathi also expresses the apprehension of the petitioner being rendered ineligible in various ongoing bidding processes as a consequence of the order impugned.

Learned counsel representing the respondent prays for time to obtain instructions and address the Court.
