1. The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner under Order XI Rule 1(4) of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 ('CPC') as applicable to commercial suits under the Commercial Courts Act, 2015 ('CC Act') seeking leave to place on record additional documents.

2. The petitioner is permitted to file additional documents in accordance with the provisions of the CC Act and the Delhi High Court (Original Side) Rules, 2018.

3. Accordingly, the application stands disposed of. CM 72/2026 (Exemption)

This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction to respondent no. 1 to decide the rectification petition no. 1204606 filed by respondent no. 2 against the petitioner's registered trade mark no. 5600411 in Class VI.

By way of the petition, the petitioner only seeks a direction for expeditious disposal of the rectification petition no. 1204606 filed by the respondent no. 2 against the petitioner, who is a registered holder of the trade mark , while the respondent no. 2 has filed the rectification petition based on her trade mark .

9. Issue notice.

10. Notice is accepted by Ms. Nidhi Raman, learned CGSC appearing on behalf of the respondent no. 1, who seeks some time to take instructions.
