1. The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner under Order XI Rule 1(4) of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 ('CPC') as applicable to commercial suits under the Commercial Courts Act, 2015 ('CC Act') seeking leave to place on record additional documents.
2. The petitioner is permitted to file additional documents in accordance with the provisions of the CC Act and the Delhi High Court (Original Side) Rules, 2018.
3. Accordingly, the application stands disposed of. CM 72/2026 (Exemption)
4. This is an application filed on behalf of the petitioner under Section 151 of CPC seeking exemption from filing certified/true and dim copies of the documents.

By way of the petition, the petitioner only seeks a direction for expeditious disposal of the rectification petition no. 1204606 filed by the respondent no. 2 against the petitioner, who is a registered holder of the trade mark , while the respondent no. 2 has filed the rectification petition based on her trade mark .
9. Issue notice.
10. Notice is accepted by Ms. Nidhi Raman, learned CGSC appearing on behalf of the respondent no. 1, who seeks some time to take instructions.
