This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner aggrieved against the corrigendum dated 30.06.2022 (Annex.5) issued by the Selection Board pursuant to advertisement for the post of Basic Computer Instructor and Senior Computer Instructor dated 01.02.2022 (Annex.1).

Submissions have been made that the advertisement indicated the procedure for written examination and two papers were to be held and nowhere it was indicated that the candidates were required to obtain minimum marks in each paper. The petitioner attempted the examination and obtained 69.0236 marks (2 of 3) [CW-13921/2022] in Paper-I and 33.3333 marks in Paper-II, total 102.3569 marks, however, despite the fact that the cutoff in petitioner's category were 80 only, the petitioner was not called for document verification.
