2. By this petition, directions are sought to All India Institute of Medical Science [AIIMS] to implant the Cochlear & BT Controller to the petitioner free of cost. AIIMS is directed to examine prayer (c) and pass appropriate orders, which shall be subject to the directions of the Court.
