It is further submitted that Section 3(za) of the Right to Fair Compensation, Transparency in land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 hereinafter referred to as 2013 Act which defines the public purpose activities as specified in sub-section (1) of Section 2.
