This writ petition is filed seeking the following reliefs :-
"i) issue a writ of mandamus commanding the 3 rd respondent to publish final rank list after carrying out the normalisation of raw marks as laid down in Ext.P5 Information Bulletin.
ii) declare that the respondents are duty bound to make selection to the various courses mentioned in Ext.P5 bulletin only after carrying out normalisation of raw marks obtained into percentile score as instructed in Ext.P5 bulletin."
