Hon'ble Alok Kumar Verma, J.

Mr. Suhaas R. Joshi, the petitioner, party-in-person.

Mr. C.S. Rawat, learned Chief Standing Counsel for the State.

Although Mr. Amit Negi, the learned Secretary (Health) has submitted an affidavit with regard to the inoculation of the members of the Van Rawat tribe, the said affidavit is an incomplete one. In paragraph 'C' of the affidavit, it informs this Court in the tabulation form, the number of persons, who have been inoculated so far, in three different District. However, he does not inform this Court the total number of persons, who are entitled to be inoculated in each of the Districts. Furthermore, in paragraph 'D', it has been stated that measures would be taken to inoculate the entire tribal population. However, no time period has been indicated in the affidavit.

Therefore, Mr. Amit Negi is directed to give the complete information to this Court with regard to the number of Van Rawats, who are staying in the three Districts mentioned in the tabulation form; the number of Van Rawats, who need to be inoculated, and the numbers so far inoculated by the Health Department. He is further directed to inform this Court the time period which would be required to inoculate the entire population of Van Rawats in the State.
