The present petition was directed to be admitted on 28.4.2000. Thereafter, application was filed by the respondent-company claiming that a reference has been made before the BIFR. On 1.2.2001, the proceedings were adjourned sine die.
Today Assistant Official Liquidator submitted that the respondent company was ordered to be wound up vide order dated 30.10.2003 passed in CP No. 13 of 2002, on a recommendation made by BIFR.
Considering the aforesaid development, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition. The same is disposed of as such.
