Since the judgment-debtor did not vacate the suit premises in compliance of the ex parte decree passed in the suit, the decree-holder filed an execution case being Ejectment Execution Case No. 94 of 2000 before the learned Second Bench, Small Causes Court at Calcutta. Since the execution of such decree was obstructed by one Mrinal Das, the said Mrinal Das was impleaded as an opposite party in the said application for police help which was registered as Miscellaneous Case No 269 of 2001.
