1. Prayer in this petition filed by petitioner-wife is for transfer of the petition filed by respondent-husband under Section 13(i)(ia) of the Hindu Marriage Act,1955 (for short 'the Act') titled "Sunil vs. Preeti" pending in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Sonepat to a Court of competent jurisdiction at Family Court Camp at Bahadurgarh, District Jhajjar.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits :-

i) That the parties were married on 03.2.2014 according to Hindu rites and rituals.
(c) FIR No.3/2023, under Sections 498-A, 323, 506, 342, 406 and 506 IPC, registered at Women Police Station, Bahadurgarh;

filed by the petitioner-wife, are pending in the Courts having competent jurisdiction at Bahadurgarh, District Jhajjar.

vi) That the distance between place of residence of the petitioner-wife i.e. Bahadurgarh, District Jhajjar and the place of proceedings under Section 13(i)(ia) of the Act, filed by the respondent-husband, pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Sonepat, is about 40-45 kilometers one side.

a) The petition filed by respondent husband under Section 13(i)(ia) of Hindu Marriage Act,1955, bearing No. DMC/692/2022 titled as 'Sunil vs. Preeti', pending in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Sonepat is transferred to a Court of competent jurisdiction at Family Court Camp at Bahadurgarh, District Jhajjar.
b) The ld. District Judge, Sonepat is directed to transfer complete record pertaining to the aforesaid case to District Judge, Jhajjar.

(b) The respondent will file an affidavit giving undertaking to pay Rs.1,000/- per day, to the petitioner for attending the Court proceedings at District Court, Sonepat on each and every date of hearing.

(c) The respondent will bring a demand draft of Rs.25,000/-, drawn in favour of petitioner, towards the litigation expenses to pursue the case at District Sonepat in case the respondent opts to contest this petition.
