 “(IA) An appeal shall lie against the order of the Board, passed after making the preliminary assessment into a heinous offence under section 16 of the Act, before the Court of Sessions and the Court may, while deciding the appeal, take the assistance of experienced psychologists and medical specialists other than those whose assistance has been obtained by the Board in passing the order under the said section.”.                   (38)

Motion Re: Suspension of Rule 80 (i) THE MINISTER OF WOMEN AND CHILD DEVELOPMENT (SHRIMATI MANEKA SANJAY GANDHI): I beg to move:
“That this House do suspend clause (i) of rule 80 of Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in Lok Sabha in so far as it requires that an amendment shall be within the scope of the Bill and relevant to the subject matter of the clause to which it relates, in its application to the Government amendment No.41 to the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Bill, 2014 and that this amendment may be allowed to be moved.”   HON. DEPUTY SPEAKER: The question is:
