Upon hearing learned counsel for the parties, perusal of record, severity of punishment, totality of facts and circumstances, at this stage without expressing any view on the merits of the case, the Court is of the opinion that it is a fit case for bail.
Let the applicant Pappu @ Netrapal Singh be released on bail in Case Crime No.127 of 2019, under section 2/3 of Uttar Pradesh Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act 1986, P.S. Shamshabad, District-Agra on furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of magistrate/court concerned, subject to following conditions:-
