Parties would have to incur huge expenses in appearing before the arbitrator in the state of Tamil Nadu and if he is required to come to Delhi, his traveling expenses, boarding and lodging expenses would have to be paid by parties.
45. I, therefore, do not remit the award to Shri S. Nagarajan for reconsideration.
