In the light of these allegations, State was directed to file the cyber cell report regarding examination of mobile phone of the applicant. That report has been submitted by the State and it says that it was not possible to give any opinion in the absence of information regarding hash value.
In the light of this information as well as the fact that co-accused namely Neelaish @ Neelu Yadav has already been enlarged on bail vide order dated 04.07.2023 in Cr.A. No.7981/2023, therefore, without commenting on the merits of the case, this application is allowed.
