Heard Mr. Brij Bihari Tiwary, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the informant and Mr. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69406 of 2024(3) dt.22-01-2025 Rajendra Prasad Nat, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 208 of 2024, F.I.R. dated 14.04.2024, for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 376, 504, 506 of the I.P.C.
5. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor as well as informant, on the other hand, have vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners and submits that there is specific and direct allegation against the petitioners in the F.I.R.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and nature of allegation let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M, Bikramganj (Rohtas) in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 208 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure/Section 482(2) of BNSS, 2023and with other following conditions:-
