The petitioner challenges Ext.P1 Transfer Order published in the website by which, he is transferred from Narakkal Fish Farm to Matsyafed OBM Division, Willingdon Island, Kochi. The contention of the petitioner is that, he is only a farm worker. He would be directed to take charge as Store Keeper, which requires possession of higher qualification, that he does not have. He has therefore, submitted Ext.P2 representation to the first respondent. He complains that the representation has also not been considered.
