ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition is filed for transfer of trial from the District Judge Special Court under TNPID Act, Chennai, to some other Court.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submits that the trial Court has completed the trial and posted for pronouncing judgment on 07.11.2023.
3. This Court is of the view that at this stage this transfer petition cannot be entertained. Hence this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
