                         JUDGMENT

The petitioner has preferred Ext.P7 representation, before the 5th respondent, seeking rectification of damages caused to the engine of the petitioner's boat. The limited prayer of the petitioner in the writ petition is for a direction to the 5th respondent to consider and pass orders on the same.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Standing Counsel and the learned Government Pleader.

3. In the above circumstances, there will be a direction to the 5th respondent to take up, consider and pass orders on Ext.P7 representation preferred by the petitioner, in the light of the report submitted by the competent Officers, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
