3. On advance notice, learned State counsel puts in appearance on behalf of the respondent - State and prays for time to get instructions and to file status report, after verifying the contents of the petition.

Accordingly, petitioner - Arshdeep Singh alias Arsh, be released on interim bail in this case up-till 18.02.2026, subject to his furnishing bail/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court/Chief Judicial Magistrate/Illaqa Magistrate/Duty Magistrate concerned.

7. Needless to mention here that the petitioner shall surrender back to the Jail Authorities on 18.02.2026 at or before 05:00 P.M., in compliance to the directions passed by this Court.

8. With aforementioned terms, present petition is disposed of.
