Dealing with issue Nos. 5 and 8 which relate to unpaid bills to the tune of Rs.1,60,44,711/-, the learned Arbitrator concluded that, since the claimant had accepted the various deductions made during the course of the contract without demur, the claimant was entitled only to payment for the work done and not for unpaid bills or loss of profit on de-scoping of the work.
