The Appellant filed an RTI application dated 30.12.2022 seeking information on following points:-
"1. If any employee covered under CSMA rule and he got treatment from CGHS empanelled hospital after referring from Govt. Hospital then in how many days his Medical Bill reimburse. Kindly provide the rule copy if any rule exist.
2. If any employee covered under CSMA rule and he got refer from Govt hospital and go into CGHS empanelled hospital for OPD treatment then his medicine bill will be reimburse or not. kindly provide the rule copy if any rule exist.
3. If any employee covered under CSMA rule and he got refer from Govt hospital and go into CGHS empanelled hospital for OPD treatment then from where he purchase the medicine to reimburse his medicine bill.
4. If any employee covered under CSMA rule and his dependent is suffering from Chronic disease and facility is not available in nearest Govt Hospital then what are OPD facilities available for them. Kindly provide the rule.
5.Kindly provide the rule or procedure for OPD medical bills reimbursement for the employees covered under CSMA rule."
