JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA Order 20/09/2021 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was served with a notice under Sections 32 & 33 of the JDA Act, 1982 in which the petitioner has submitted its reply and pointed out that the adjacent plots F-10 and F-15 were constructed leaving no setback at all i.e. zero setback while the petitioner has left setback but in spite thereof, the building of the petitioner has been again sealed vide order dated 14.08.2021.
