19. PW 10 further deposed that personal search of the accused was taken and accused led them to south side of Rohtak road at a distance of about half kilometer from Rohtak Road village Hiran Kudna and led them to a mustard field and pointed out the place inside the filed towards a dead body of a female child lying there and also disclosed that he had kept the dead body of deceased Shalu after committing rape upon her. One empty quarter of liquor, two bus tickets and one cover of bidi bundle, one cover of Parle G biscuit were lying near the dead body. He further deposed that IO called the crime team and photographer at the spot who reached there and inspected the place of occurrence and took the photographs from different angles. PW 10 further deposed that IO directed him to call the father of the deceased and thereafter he called Prem Pal father of the deceased and her Uncle Banwari Lal from there house and came back at the spot. Prem Pal and Banwari Lal identified the dead body of baby girl to be of Shalu.
21. PW 11 ASI Kishan Kumar is the first IO of the case. He unfolded the sequence of investigation done by him. He proved on record ruqqa prepared by him as Ex. PW 11/A, personal search memo of the accused as Ex. PW 11/B, disclosure statement of accused as Ex. PW 11/C, recovery memo of dead body as Ex. PW 11/D, seizure memo of earth control Ex. PW 11/F, seizure memo of empty quarter bottle of liquor make SHOKEEN MASALEDAR DESI SHARAB, two tickets of DTC Bus, one cover of Bidi Bundle, one cover of Parle G Biscuit packet as Ex. PW 11/G. He identified the accused and the case property.
