"Now the provisions of section 22 of the Dekkhan
Agriculturists' Relief Act are provisions conferring upon members of a
certain class great privileges in litigation. The section confers upon a
person who is shown to be a member of the privileged class the right
to resist the attachment or sale of any of his immovable property and
to contend that if an attachment or sale took place in violation of the
provisions of the section, such attachment or sale shall be held to be
void.
