2. Learned counsel for respondent intimates that after reconciliation of the accounts, it has transpired that the amount of the cheque in question has already been received by the respondent-company by way of RTGS prior to the issuance of the legal notice. As a consequence thereto, he states at bar that the complaints pertaining to the present petition will be withdrawn before the concerned Court within two weeks.
3. In view of the statements, the learned counsel for the petitioner has given statement to withdraw the present petition.
