This appeal, under Section 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, is filed against order dated 20.12.2019 in O.P. (Arb) No.722 of 2012 of the Additional District Court-V, Ernakulam. When this matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel on both sides submitted that the parties have amicably settled the issues out of Court. The learned counsel for the appellant further submitted that the appellant, therefore, does not wish to pursue with the appeal any further. In fact, a memo has been filed in that regard. In terms of the said memo and recording the aforesaid fact, this appeal is closed.
