"(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned judgment and order dated 20.12.1977 passed by the Assistant Collector I Class, Tehsil Sadar, District Gorakhpur in Suit No.325 (Ahtesham Ahmad vs. Sayyed Mohammad Ali Kabir) under Section 229B UPZA and LR Act and impugned judgment and order dated 15.05.2024 passed by the Additional Commissioner (Judicial)-II, Gorakhpur Division, Gorakhpur in Appeal No.47/2005/2005-2006 Computerized Case No.C2005050000132 (Ataullah Vs. Ahtesham) under Section 229-B U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act."
